CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT
A daily system of Recognize, Respond, Resolve
The G & G continuous improvement system runs in ever-tightening circles. The proof is in the level of service and process stability we provide. It also happens to be fully verified by our ISO audits.

We work an awful lot on improving our C.I. system, because it's the lifeblood of our company. We know a lot of bright folks who have implemented lean tools in their businesses. But we think it's a shame when only the engineers and general managers can grasp them.

We like to ask, "Are all of our employees understanding and driving the lean system? Are we leveraging just the ideas of the engineers and department heads, or are we pulling together completely as one? Is every function of the business interdependent and synchronized?" At G & G, the answer is yes. If it's not, we quickly implement corrections.

We know perfection is not attainable, yet we stretch ourselves in its pursuit. We are never satisfied with happy customers - we want to breed devoted fanatics, and that requires our organization to be tightly integrated in every sense. It also requires all who work for us to have a voice and a hand in the improvements that we make on your behalf.

Our daily waste identification, measurement reporting, and team collaboration systems involve everyone in the company. That means everyone at G & G is aware of your most important needs and is pushing for ways to improve the stability and capability of every process that we use to serve you.

Total involvement is what makes our C.I. program sing, and it's the reason why our customers sing (praises) in return. It's also the reason why our employee and customer retention rates are so high (if you think 90% is high - please, think again). Our customer satisfaction rates and testimonials are, of course, available for your review.

If you are interested in brining some of the lessons we have learned in to your business, please sign up for our simple newsletter, a sample of which you can find here. We've provided links to business articles, excerpts from G & G training modules, and tips and reviews on progressive management books, and some general lean implementation tips. We're not interested in defending any copyright suits, so what you'll get are mostly links to primary sources accompanied by G & G's short reviews.
